Service Capability

The first expert meeting of the research group for Evaluation Standard for Service Capability of International Supply Chain Logistics Enterprises was successfully held in Nansha, Guangzhou on November 28, 2025.

At present, the "going global" process of Chinese manufacturing is accelerating, and it is deeply integrated into the global industrial chain and overseas supply chain system. However, the service capabilities of international supply chain logistics enterprises are uneven and evaluation standards are lacking, leaving manufacturing enterprises without reference for selecting service providers. To this end, Top 50 Shipping Elites Research Center (50SERC), China Communications and Transportation Association - Shipping and Logistics Branch (CCTA-SLB) and China Shipping Gazette (CSG) initiated the formulation of Evaluation Standard for Service Capability of International Supply Chain Logistics Enterprises. Since its launch, the standard has completed preliminary industry research and standard evaluation, and has been officially approved as a project.
