ISEA 1% Business School: Building the "West Point" for Elite Talents in the Logistics Industry
Original Intention of Establishment
The current global industrial and supply chains are featured by a complex landscape of "regional anchoring, digital empowerment, and green transformation". Enterprises need to enhance resilience through technological investment, diversified layout and ESG integration. Traditional business models can hardly adapt to the new development pattern of dual circulation, while the structural shortage of professional and international talents has restricted industrial upgrading. Against this background, ISEA has followed national policies of "deepening supply-side structural reform" and "promoting the specialized and branded development of modern service industries", and jointly established the ISEA 1% Business School with 1% Advisory Group, a strategic partner deeply engaged in international logistics, to focus on talent development for the international logistics and supply chain industry.
Relying on ISEA’s industrial resources and 1%’s professional training capabilities, the Business School goes beyond simple resource aggregation to build a dual engine of "industrial think tank + skills training" and provides one-stop solutions centered on "industrial insights + capability improvement".
